FAQs

What do you use to make the Dango?
I use jumping clay as it is quite solid and doesn't break easily. It would never actually break if you drop it, it will bounce! I also use other materials such as wire, felt, paper and the list is still growing!

Approximately how long will my package take to get to my location?
It will depend on were you want it to be sent to. I will notify you of the amount of time needed through e-mail.

Can I request for gift-wrapping?
Sure you can! You can also request for a different-colored Dango!

How do you charge?
I go by material, effort, time taken, size of box and set catergory. Additional add-ons will also be taken into account. The catergories are Individual, Storyline and Stack-up Units^^.

How should I care for my Dango?
Firstly, you should keep it on a flat surface e.g. Table, shelf etc. Secondly, don't get them wet... Jumping clay is air-dried, so moisture will somewhat melt them and make them sticky. Dust will get stuck on them so... Lastly, keep out of reach of small children who are 3 years old and below as it contains small parts that are easily swallowed. I really wouldn't want someone to e-mail me saying that they found a tiny hammer(Or anything else) in their younger sibling's diaper. Thats about it, so keep your Dango safe!
